All orders received by the Pharmacy before 3pm, will be dispatched on the same day for next day delivery.
Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on a best endeavors basis, typically before midday the following day.
Cannabis medications are dispatched for next day delivery if your prescription is received by the Pharmacy before 3pm.
Please be aware that if your medication has to be ordered into the Pharmacy, this will typically take 48 hours from order receipt.
Zoto dispatches all medications by next day delivery via Royal Mail (signed). All orders over £100 will receive free postage. Any orders below £100 are delivered for a £4.95 delivery fee.
